    Eligibility

    Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

    Non-returnable items

    Coffee, cacao, and any consumable products once opened. Personalized/custom items. Final sale or discounted items.

    Damaged or incorrect items

    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@coffeeisourreligion.com with your order number and photos.

    Process

    Email us your order details. Wait for return authorization. Ship per the instructions provided.

    Refunds

    Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
