•Coffee, cacao, or any consumable products once opened.
•Personalized or custom-made items.
•Final sale or discounted items.
-Damaged or Incorrect Items-
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
•Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
•Email info@coffeeisourreligion.com with your order number and clear photos.
•Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
-Return Process-

2.Wait for return authorization.
3.Ship the item following our instructions.

•Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
•Processing time: 5–10 business days.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of company error.
