For us, coffee has never been just a beverage. It’s a pause in the middle of the day. A moment to share a conversation, organize our thoughts, or simply enjoy the present.
This way of understanding coffee stems from our Colombian roots:
We grew up in homes where coffee was always ready in the kitchen, where the aroma of the pot signaled the start of the day, and where every visitor was welcomed with a hot cup.
In Colombia, offering coffee is a form of hospitality. A simple gesture that says: you’re home.
That’s the tradition we bring to every cup of our coffee today.
Our coffee is grown in the mountains of Colombia, where the altitude, climate, and rich soil create ideal conditions for producing exceptional beans.
We work exclusively with 100% organic Arabica coffee, renowned for its balanced flavor and naturally smoother profile.
Each cherry is hand-picked at its peak ripeness, selecting only the highest quality beans. It is then carefully processed to preserve its purity, aroma, and natural oils.
This artisanal process results in a clean, balanced, and pleasant coffee, offering an experience that combines well-being and flavor.
Because we believe that a good coffee should not only awaken your senses, but also feel good when you drink it.
We work directly with Colombian producers who respect the land and the traditions that have shaped coffee cultivation for generations.
Every step of the process—from cultivation to roasting—is carried out with care, seeking to preserve the natural quality of the bean and the unique character of each origin.
We believe in coffee made with patience, respect for the land, and deep appreciation for the people who make it possible.
Marcela Willeke - CEO
For as long as I can remember, the aroma of coffee has been a part of my home. Every morning, without fail, my mother would get up and the first thing she would do was put the coffee maker on the stove. That gentle bubbling, that deep, enveloping aroma, marked the beginning of the day. It was the soundtrack of our mornings.
The coffee maker stayed on all day, every day: always ready, always hot. And every time someone came through the door, no matter the time or the reason, the first thing offered was a cup of coffee—or tinto, as we call it in Colombia. It was our way of saying: welcome, this is your home.
Coffee in my life has always been a ritual and a language of love.
The last words my mother said to me were: “I’m dying for a coffee.” And the last thing I did to show her all my love was to make her the most special coffee in the world. We shared that cup and those final moments as a sacred, intimate, and eternal act.
That’s where it all began.
Of an aroma, a ritual, and a story that lives in every cup.
